====== Tutorial 3 - Running a simulation ====== ===== 4/4 ===== **Simulation settings** - Click the {{:SimulationSettings24.png|Simulation Settings}} button in the [[Menu_bar#Toolbar|toolbar]] or select **Simulation | Simulation Settings** from the [[Menu_bar|Menu bar]]. - Make sure that the **General** tab is selected. Set the **Time unit** to //Years// and the **End time** to 1000. - Click **Ok** to close the window. {{tutorial3_3_simmulation_settings.png}} **Running a simulation** - Click the {{:ChartView24.png}}**Simulation** button on the [[Menu_bar#Toolbar|toolbar]]. - Click the {{:RunAll24.png|Run}} button on the [[Menu_bar#Toolbar|toolbar]] to start the simulation. - After the simulation has finished, open the [[Results_window|Results window]] (if it’s not already open). Select the {{:TreeView16.png}} button to display the outputs as a tree. While keeping the //CTRL// key pressed on your keyboard, select the outputs for “Upper_Soil” and “Lower_Soil”. - Open the [[Charts_window|Charts window]].
